You asked US! – Answers to Common Questions

How do I find a list of job responsibilities for a Performance Review?

See the Viewing Position Responsibilities for Performance Appraisals - Workday Instructional Guide (WIG) or the entry Finding Job Descriptions in Workday in the askUS Knowledge Base.

Why doesn’t the WIG I downloaded last time I performed this task match what’s on the screen?

Downloading documentation is convenient, but if it’s been a while since you used a downloaded piece of documentation, consider reviewing the file via the appropriate Workday Documentation page to make sure you’re using the latest version. askUS regularly updates documentation to match changes made to Workday business processes.

How do I change my default desk and view in DEFINE?

Use the YP1 command to change the default desk/view you are assigned to each time you log in to DEFINE. You can also use the YP1 command to change the default purchase center associated with your profile.

How do I set my profile to use different desk/view combinations for certain screens in DEFINE?

You can use the YP2 command to specify up to 12 different default desk/view combinations in DEFINE. The YP2 command will also allow you to create a profile for use in FRMS.

You can find answers to many more frequently asked questions in the askUS Knowledge Base. Need help searching? Check out these handy askUS Search Tips.
