Important Dates and Deadlines

Wednesday, January 3 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, January 5.

Wednesday, January 10 at noon –  The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window closes.

Friday, January 12 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for First January AGS Mass Termination Process.

Wednesday, January 17 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for January 1-15.

Wednesday, January 24 – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the October 2023 time-entry lock on January 31.

Tuesday, January 30 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for Second January AGS Mass Termination Process.

Friday, February 2 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for January 16-31.

Wednesday, February 7 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, February 9.

How do I fix the Workday error, Costing Allocation Dates not valid for Funding Period Dates?

This error means there are restrictions on one or more of the cost center accounts used in your costing allocation, usually 26-grant accounts. When entering or making changes to costing segments, the validation will evaluate all the costing segments, not just the segment being changed or added. ITS Plans Update to VPN Login on January 23

Beginning January 23, ITS will modify the campus VPN login process to enhance security. After the update, the VPN login will redirect users to a web browser for SSO login. In addition, users of VPN private groups will need to modify the URL login path to include their private group name. Training Opportunities – Self-Paced or Instructor-Led

askUS Self-Paced Learning allows users to access training at their own pace and convenience.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses are held via Zoom and require registration through UTLearn.
